2. Reservations and Payments
- Booking: Reservations can be made through our website, via email, or by phone. All reservations are subject to availability.
- Payment: Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking, depending on the rate plan selected. Accepted payment methods include credit card, debit card, and other specified payment options.
- Confirmation: A reservation is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from us. Please check the details carefully and inform us of any discrepancies immediately.
3. Check-In and Check-Out
- Check-In Time: 2:00 PM
- Check-Out Time: 12:00 Noon
- Early Check-In/Late Check-Out: May be available upon request and subject to availability. Additional charges may apply.
4. Guest Responsibilities
- Identification: Valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in.
- Conduct: Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner. Any form of disruptive behavior, damage to property, or violation of hotel policies may result in eviction without a refund.
- Children and Extra Beds: Children are welcome. Availability of extra beds and cribs is limited and may incur additional charges.
5. Pets Policy
- Pets: Pets are not allowed in the hotel premises, except for service animals as defined by law.
6. Smoking Policy
- Non-Smoking: Royal Embassy Hotel is a non-smoking property. Smoking in designated non-smoking areas will result in a cleaning fee.
